Solution

“Thoughts are louder than words.” The topic chosen is mental health. Focusing on the positive and negative words and phrases that can be associated with mental health. The poster describes a typographic illustration of a brain that contains many positive thoughts while the text surrounding the brain are very negative comments. The PSA describes inner thoughts are louder than the outside words.
