This page is dedicated to the various projects, spreadsheets, systems, and other elements that contributed to the enhancement, efficiency, and effectiveness of new methods of operations during my time at iLeads Media.

Due to company privacy reasons, I will not link or display the actual content, but I am happy to talk about these items in detail without visual aids.

After onboarding several clients at one time, there was no system in place to monitor the progress and gain the information that was necessary from new clients. I created a consistent and efficient method for gathering new client information and sending that info to those on the team who needed it in order to create a new client account faster.

After becoming the main call listener within the program, I went and generated a workflow that established a consistent and effective system for listening to calls. I created workflows, tagging spreadsheets/knowledge bases, scripts, and other resources that were used in the implementation of bringing on new call listeners.

Google Ad Copy spreadsheet that contains all of the Google ad copy that was generated for campaigns. The system was created to streamline campaign/new account setup for the SEM team.

An Eisenhower matrix-style spreadsheet that was developed and implemented to keep track of ongoing items. There was one main communal matrix, and then each team member had their own matrix as well.

This resource contains information/topics/themes and marketing ideas for each month of the year for a variety of industries such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage door, landscaping, pest control, jewelry-coins-gold, law offices, and more…

As the main data analyst and reporter on the team, I created a large-scale reporting system utilizing Google Sheets and its formula capabilities.

Using my monthly reporting spreadsheets, I am able to gather data imputed in the monthly spreadsheet, which can then be pulled into the annual reporting spreadsheet, which updates its numbers instantly.

Throughout my position, I was tasked periodically with researching a number of new technology trends, new ad platforms, and other company-enhancing items. Some of the research was implemented into company operations, but the majority of it was used to stay up to date with new technology and all things marketing.
